For our standard items, we have a easy to
use online shopping cart. Just click on the
"add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.
Once the item as
been added, you can choose to either continue browsing our site or you
go to the
checkout to send us your order. Don't worry if you change you mind
after adding an item to the cart, it can be easly removed prior to
actually checking out. At the manage cart page you can review the contents of your cart, modify the quantites and remove items from your cart if you wish. From the manage cart page simply click on the "checkout now" button and you go to the checkout page. At the checkout page you are asked to fill in your contact and shipping details. You can also add in any specific instructions at this point as well (such as Browband refernece codes if you are wanting to customise an existing one). You wll not be asked for payment details, we will do this only once we have received and confirmed your order back to you seperately. Once you have entered your contact details, click on the "submit" button and you order will be sent to us (you will also receive an email copy of this). We will then contact you to confirm the order and notifiy you of the postage and handling charges (along with arranging payment details). We will respond to you normally within one day of receipt of your online order placement. |

| Terms & Conditions of Sale |
| Payment Terms General Sales - Payment is required prior to the shipping of goods. Trade Accounts - All invoices are due for payment 20th of the month following invoice date. We reserve the right to withhold the supply of goods to accounts that exceed these payment terms. Title and Risk The risk in the goods supplied by Finishing Touch Equestrian Ltd (FTE) shall pass to the purchaser on dispatch of the goods, but ownership shall remain with FTE and not pass to the purchaser until the purchaser has paid for the goods in full and there is no other money owing to FTE whatsoever. Overdue Accounts If payment is not made in full by the due date, we are entitled to charge you interest on the unpaid overdue balance at the rate of 5% per annum above the current overdraft rate charged by our bankers, compounding monthly on the unpaid balance owing on the first day of each month until payment in full is received by us, and we may charge you costs (including collection costs and legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) and suspend delivery of further goods and services until the account is paid. Refunds & Exchanges For our standard items (non customised) we will refund or exchange the item (less the cost of postage and handling) if for any reason you are not 100% satisified with the product - providing it is returned within 7 days in a "as new" condition. For products such as False Tails and alike this means that they have not been cut, dyed or damaged in any way. For items which have been custom made to your specific requirements Finishing Touch Equestrian has a firm no return policy and does not offer a refund or exchange service for items that are either no longer wanted or have been incorrectly ordered. Finishing Touch Equestrian however at its sole discretion may offer to accept the return of goods that fits the above catagory in some instantances. This does not exclude your rights under New Zealand law in the event that the product has a material defect. |
